Soak the sports bra with warm water and an appropriate amount of laundry detergent; rub and knead it with your hands after 5 minutes. Press lightly; then rinse the laundry detergent with clean water.
After washing it, you can’t use a washing machine to dehydrate it, or use a dryer to bake it; instead, you should absorb water with a hand towel, and then open the sports bra to keep the original shape, clamp the steel ring with a clothespin, and hang it in a cool, ventilated place to dry. Remember not to expose to the sun. Only in this way can the cup be kept out of shape.
After drying the sports bra, the cup part of the bra should be kept flat and placed in a dry closet.
